In case of shipping errors or damaged goods, buyer may return the items to the Manel'S Leather Goods Co. We will replace the damaged goods with the items specified on the confirmed invoice, or the buyer will be refunded. However, buyer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged items. Otherwise, notification of damaged goods received after 7 days will not be honored.
